Job Overview:

The Client Success Manager is a hybrid role that integrates the responsibilities of managing client accounts and overseeing projects within the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The role requires a balance of excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client expectations and coordinate internal resources for project execution.


Responsibilities and Duties

   - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

   - Understand client needs and objectives; ensure they are communicated and understood within the team.

   - Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion.

   - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

   - Act as the main point of contact for all client account management matters.

   - Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

   - Prepare regular reports on account status and project progress.

   - Identify and resolve issues within client accounts and projects.

   - Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.

   - Develop and manage project budgets.

   - Monitor and analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement.

   - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and offer solutions.

   - Contribute to the development of strategic plans for client accounts.

   - Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

   - Provide feedback and guidance to the team based on client interactions.


 Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in project management and account management, ideally within the same industry.

- Strong understanding of business and financial principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
