Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager, incorporating content creation responsibilities, is tasked with developing and executing the company's social media strategy, encompassing both the creative aspect of content production and the strategic management of social media platforms. This role involves overseeing content creation, channel management, audience engagement, and aligning social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.


 Responsibilities and Duties:

   - Develop a comprehensive social media strategy in line with the respective platform and in conjunction with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

   - Create engaging content with the design team (V.E., G.D., C.S., etc.) for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, and graphics.

   - Manage and oversee the company's presence on social media platforms.

   - Schedule and publish content consistently across different channels.

   - Monitor and engage with the audience on social media, fostering community interactions.

   - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

   - Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content.

   - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategy and engagement.

   - Collaborate with other marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.

   - Supervise, lead, mentor, and delegate to the Social Media Assistant.

   - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.


 Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging multimedia content.

- Leadership experience with strong organizational and project management skills.
